Small Business Spotlight Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms
1. Eligibility
The Small Business Spotlight Giveaway is open to small business owners who are 18 years or older. Participants must operate a legitimate business. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form in full. Only one entry per business is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from 04/04/2026 through 05/25/2026. The winner will be announced on or around 05/30/2026.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary content session provided by Valor & Vision Photography. Prize details, inclusions, and scheduling will be discussed directly with the winner.
The prize:

Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Valor & Vision Photography based on factors including, but not limited to, business need, story, and overall fit. This is not a random drawing.
6. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via the information provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Use of Content & Promotion
By entering, participants agree that Valor & Vision Photography may photograph, record, and use content from the session for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, including social media, website, and advertising use.
8. Participant Consent
By entering, participants agree to receive communication from Valor & Vision Photography related to this giveaway and future offers. Participants may opt out at any time.
9. Scheduling & Availability
The winning session must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties. Availability is subject to scheduling and may vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
Valor & Vision Photography is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation in the giveaway.
11. Modification or Cancellation
Valor & Vision Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.
