Your wedding day is one of life's most meaningful moments, and we believe every couple deserves a personalized experience from the very beginning.

To ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning, we recommend booking your wedding at least 30 days in advance. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability until your signed agreement and required retainer have been received.

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance may be paid in flexible installments at your convenience, provided the full balance is received no later than 10 days before your wedding.

 

Before any wedding booking is finalized, all couples are required to complete a complimentary phone or in-person consultation with one of our photographers. This allows us to learn about your vision, discuss your timeline and expectations, answer any questions, and ensure we create an experience tailored specifically to your day.

Travel Information

Our wedding services include travel within our standard service area. Events outside of this area may incur mileage or travel fees.

• Mileage fees apply for locations outside our included travel radius.

• Weddings requiring extended travel or overnight accommodations may require additional travel expenses.

• Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed before booking. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.

How far in advance should we book?

When do guests receive their photos?

One of the best parts of our experience is instant gratification! Guests can access their photos through our Instant Gallery immediately after their session by scanning the QR code displayed at the booth.

Will guests receive printed photos?

​

If your package includes on-site printing, guests will receive their prints just moments after their session. Print quantities and sizes vary by package.

Can we customize the experience?

​

Absolutely! We offer custom-designed photo templates, overlays, trading cards, keychains, green screen backgrounds, and other personalized elements to complement your wedding theme and create a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

How much space is needed?

​

Our wedding setups require approximately 10' x 20' of level space, along with access to a standard electrical outlet. This allows plenty of room for our equipment, backdrop, props, guest line, and a comfortable experience for everyone.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

​

Yes! We love outdoor weddings. A flat, dry surface is required to safely operate our equipment.

If your venue does not have a covered location available, Valor & Vision Photography can provide a 10' x 20' white event tent to help protect our equipment and guests from the sun or light weather conditions. Please let us know in advance if a tent will be needed so we can plan accordingly.

For the safety of our equipment, staff, and guests, service may be temporarily paused or discontinued during severe weather, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions.

Can guests download and share their photos?

Yes! Guests can instantly download, save, and share their images directly from the Instant Gallery on their phones.

• Outdoor events must provide a safe, level setup location. If no covered area is available, our optional 10' x 20' event tent may be used when arranged in advance.

• Valor & Vision Photography is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Setup and teardown are included with your reservation unless otherwise specified in your package.
